Talent Network Lead

What you'll build.

Help build a distinctive independent roster of models, UGC creators, photographers and lifestyle personalities working across fashion, beauty, fine jewelry, travel and hospitality.

You'll be close to emerging talent and established creative communities, with the judgment to identify more than reach or follower counts. Your work makes the right creative people discoverable and ready for real opportunities.

What you'll own.

• Scout and recruit creators, models, photographers and lifestyle talent across European markets.
• Assess portfolios, creative quality, professionalism, audience relevance and campaign suitability.
• Guide qualified people through Privé's talent application and onboarding experience.
• Keep a structured, accurate roster with locations, specializations, portfolios and availability.
• Build trusted relationships with creators, photographers, managers and independent talent communities.
• Work with the campaign team to shortlist appropriate talent against brand briefs.

Who we're looking for.

You have an exceptional eye for fashion, beauty, imagery and contemporary creator culture.

You understand what makes talent commercially relevant and can communicate clearly and respectfully with creative professionals.

Experience in scouting, casting, creator management or influencer marketing is useful, but sound judgment and consistency matter most.
