Approved Talent access is free. Campaign fees, deliverables, usage and any agreed expenses are handled separately for each collaboration.

You do not need a large following for every brief. UGC and modelling projects may focus on your creative work and on-camera presence. Audience-led campaigns also consider reach and engagement.

Our team reviews your profile, social link and recent photograph for creative fit. We will be in touch if there is a fit. Approved Talent join the network and receive a complimentary digital Talent card.

Joining puts you in the network for consideration. Paid campaigns, hosted experiences and partner benefits depend on fit, availability and agreed terms.

Tell us about any existing representation and any restrictions that apply to your work. Your participation and any proposed collaboration must respect those agreements; any additional representation terms should be reviewed before you commit.

Talent are considered according to the brand’s brief, creative fit, location and availability. Being considered or shortlisted is not a confirmed booking; review the scope and terms before accepting a collaboration.

Opportunities may include paid campaigns, hosted experiences, content exchanges or invitations. Review what is offered and what you are expected to create or share for each opportunity; a hosted experience does not automatically include a cash fee.

Fees, any commission, deliverables and payment terms are handled separately for each collaboration. Review the written terms, including who pays you and when, before committing.

Coverage depends on the collaboration. Check which travel, accommodation and other expenses are included, who arranges them and whether any costs require prior approval before making bookings.

Content usage is agreed for each collaboration. Review the permitted channels, duration, territory, paid advertising and any exclusivity, along with any rights or permissions you are asked to grant.

Eligible Talent can earn through tracked membership referrals under the applicable programme terms. Check your account for your referral link, earnings and payout requirements, and disclose when you may earn commission from a recommendation.
